This support service is aimed at empowering NDIS participants and helping them manage stress along with creating a healthy lifestyle.

Our support workers will assist you with yoga exercises, facilitate meditation, and create stress management strategies so that you can live as independently as possible.
Yoga is suitable for participants with physical and intellectual disabilities, and is to be carried out under supervision depending on the health condition.
